If you have existing Sheets created natively within Revit that have also got views already placed on them, then when you import the sheets into Drawing Manager it can detect that there are already views placed on the imported sheets as indicated by the icons below. Sheets that do not have any view icons in the column beside them are indicating that the sheet exists but no views have been placed on the sheet as yet. For Large Complex projects with extensive amounts of Sheets and Views etc knowing how to manipulate the Main User Interface Data Grid can make finding required Sheets/Views etc a lot quicker and easier. You can use this export option when needing to generate Autodesk DWF/DWFx files from your Revit Project for eMarkup’s. Firstly select the required Revit Sheets or Revit Views to be exported from the main interface and then click the Export button from the ribbon. The top half of the Dialog box relates to the ‘Print’ settings and options for the resulting DWF files as shown by the below image.
