When you start using Drawing Manager for the first time and don’t already have a specific company Drawing Manager Template to be using you will need to go through and define some Drawing Manager Settings initially so that once configured you can generate a Drawing Manager template from them to be used in future. The resulting Drawing Manager template is stored within the SQL server along with all your Drawing Manager Project databases. RTV Aconex Uploader – Transmit standard

Once you have published your documents to Aconex either for the first time or with subsequent revised documents you can also generate an Aconex Transmittal email using Aconex Uploader to notify the Aconex Project team of the new documents. RTV Paint – Selecting a Colour standard

With RTV Paint you can select predefined colours from the various manufacturers colour book files or you can use the Colour Picker to select your own user defined colour from the colour wheel. The paint manufacturers colour book files must reside in the Colourbook folder location you define from the settings menu in order for them to be displayed in the Colourbook library drop down selector. To select a pre-defined colour launch the RTV Paint plug-in. Within Drawing Manager you can setup the Project Information details to be synchronized with your Revit Project in the same way that you would do natively within Revit. If you have already entered the Project Information details directly within Revit itself it can be imported into your Drawing Manager database when you Import Revit Sheets that are Setup in your project by selecting Yes on the dialog box shown below.
