When working with Revisions in Revit using Revision Clouds to highlight changes on Sheets you can select any of those Revision Clouds and you will see the Revit Properties display as shown below.

This Revision Cloud data can be extracted on the fly by Xporter Pro and then exported to a Microsoft Excel .xlsx file if required.


To do this click the Revision Cloud Data button from the Xporter Pro Ribbon as shown below.

This will then extract the data of any Revision Clouds present in your Revit Project and display in a dialog box like that shown below.

The extracted data can then be exported to an .xlsx file by clicking the Export button shown above if required and saved to a designated output folder.


Note: The extracted Revision Cloud data is not stored permanently in the Xporter Pro SQL database – it is simply read live from your current Revit project.
