The Parameters tab of the Config dialog box provides the list of parameters used by the Drawing Manager Project database when synchronizing with your Revit Project and Revit Titleblock families. RTV Paint – Product Information standard

Once you have selected your desired colour you can define Product Information values by clicking on the Product Information button from the user interface prior to loading it in to your Revit Project. The Product Information button is the button with the blue information icon located at the bottom right corner of the user interface. On the Product Information dialog box you can enter additional values as required prior to loading in to your Revit Project as shown below. RTV SPM Import Parameters from another Parameter File standard

With Shared Parameter Manager you can import Parameters from an existing Shared parameter .txt file to be stored in the SQL database. Once the parameters have been imported to the SQL database you can then easily Manage the parameters to make any required changes to the Shared parameter itself, change the parameter grouping, copy, move or clone the parameter to another Shared Parameter file as required. Click the Import From button on the Shared Parameters Tab of the ribbon Select the Import from Shared Parameter File option as shown below and then browse to the Shared Parameter File required to import the Parameters from. Once Imported the Shared Parameters will then appear in the data grid as per below example.

RTV Drawing Manager Title Block Setup standard

When using Drawing Manager in conjunction with Revit you can setup as many Titleblocks as you like within Drawing Manager and configure their setup accordingly to be assigned when you start adding Sheets within the Drawing Manager database. Once you Synchronize back to Revit then your project is updated with the sheets and Titleblocks generated from Drawing Manager. For this reason it is recommended that your Company Revit Template should ideally not contain any ‘sheets’ which will then end up getting ‘imported’ into Drawing Manager. Sheets should be created primarily in Drawing Manager using Defined Titleblocks also from within Drawing Manager and then pushed back into your Revit project when synchronized.
