Similar to FTP upload, for Citrix ShareFile users with existing accounts you can enter your connection details on the ShareFile tab so that Xporter Pro can then automatically upload exported files to your ShareFile account. In addition to Exporting sheets to various formats using RTV Xporter Pro you can also print your sheets or views to your normal office printers – in fact you can even send the same set of drawings to two separate printers at the same time. Checking for updates RTV Tools are constantly adding new features and enhancements to our products to cater for end user requests and functionality therefore it is a good idea to regularly check for any product updates that may be available. To do so just launch Xporter Pro and from the main interface click the Check for Updates button from the ribbon. Xporter Pro will then check with the RTV Tools website if a newer build number of your product is available. Transmittal Designer is a bundled application included with Xporter Pro which allows users to customise and edit your own Transmittal Reports as required. There are a number of pre-formatted Report styles provided with Xporter Pro however you will most likely want to edit these to suit your needs and incorporate company logos etc. To access the utility click the Transmittal Designer button from the Home Tab of the ribbon as shown below.
