RTV Xporter Pro Task Dialog Settings standard

During the normal course of performing operations in Revit various Dialog boxes can result which require a response in order to dismiss the dialog box and proceed with intended operations. The same thing will inevitably occur when Xporter Pro runs Scheduled Tasks and for this reason we recommend that you leave the option to automatically close Revit dialogs during scheduled tasks turned on (default).  Doing so will therefore dismiss any occurring dialog boxes allowing the process to run it’s course.  If you turn this option off then your scheduled task may be prevented from completing during the intended after hours period if a dialog box occurs which requires manual input to proceed. RTV Xporter File Upgrader standard

Xporter Pro also includes a File Upgrade Utility that can be used to upgrade not only family files, but also actual project files and template files. You can also incorporate a Prefix/Suffix as part of the new File name if desired. RTV Xporter Pro Referenced Projects standard

The Referenced Project function of Xporter Pro is a means of linking separate Xporter pro SQL databases together for related Revit Project files in order to produce a combined Document Transmittal showing all related Sheets in one interface.  This functionality is only applicable when generating Issues for Revit Sheets (not Revit Views) hence the setup of Referenced Project files is only accessed by clicking the Issues button. RTV Xporter Pro Project Wakeup standard

For very large Revit projects it can take excessive amounts of unproductive time waiting for them to open when you first launch them so for that reason Xporter pro now has a Project Wakeup function to remove that wasted time. RTV Xporter Pro Export Revision Data standard

With Xporter Pro you can add Revisions to your Project through the Xporter Pro interface which will then synchronise with your Revit project using Revits own native revision systems. Xporter Pro can then extract the Revit Revision data on the fly to display via the Xporter pro interface which can now be exported to a Microsoft Excel .xlsx file format if required. When working with Revisions in Revit using Revision Clouds to highlight changes on Sheets you can select any of those Revision Clouds and you will see the Revit Properties display as shown below. RTV Xporter Pro Import Sheets standard

If you have already got a comma delimited .csv file that you use to establish your Project Sheet List then you can now import that CSV file into the Xporter Pro main data grid. This way you can quickly pad out your preliminary Project Sheet Set using Xporter Pro and then synchronize back to your current Revit Project.
