Report Designer is a bundled application included with RTV Reporter which allows users to customise and edit your own Reports Templates as required. There are a number of pre-formatted Report styles provided with Drawing Manager however you will most likely want to edit these to suit your needs and incorporate company logos etc. To access the Report Designer click the button from the ribbon as shown below. RTV SPM Creating a New Shared Parameter standard

Creating new shared parameters has been made a lot easier by doing so within Shared Parameter Manager instead of within Revit itself. As a result any new parameters created will be added to the actual Shared Parameter File itself to update it and then continue to be monitored by Shared Parameter Manager. To create a New Shared Parameter you must actively click into the Data grid to select any parameter row first and then click the New button on the Shared Parameter Tab of the Ribbon. RTV Drawing Manager Issues standard

This tab contains a number of its own sub-tabs for various aspects all of which relate directly to issuing documents from Drawing Manager and creating a Document Register. RTV Xporter Pro FBX Exports standard

You can use this export option when needing to generate .fbx files from your Revit Project.  Note that this export option will only be available when exporting Revit Views as Revit Sheets cannot be exported to FBX files. Firstly select the required Revit Views to be exported from the Xporter Pro main interface and then click the Export button from the ribbon. RTV Xporter Pro TXT Exports standard

You can use this export option when needing to generate .txt file from your Revit Project based on your Revit Schedules. Firstly select the required Revit Schedule View to be exported from the Xporter Pro main interface and then click the Export button from the ribbon. RTV SPM Editing a Shared Parameter standard

You can easily edit any existing Shared Parameter being managed within the SPM  SQL database at any time.  You can either edit individual Parameters as required or you can edit multiple parameters at the same time to effect the same change for each of them. RTV Drawing Manager Task Templates standard

Task Templates are a feature of Drawing Manager that allow you to define various Task Templates with particular tasks to be done under each task template which can then in turn be assigned to specific Sheets within Drawing Manager. This does not add any related parameters or Data back to your Revit Project as it is intended for functionality more for Revit Project managers within the Drawing Manager database only. RTV Reporter Generate a Report standard

Once you have already created Report Templates either for specific categories or a multi-category Report Template you can then of course use them to generate an actual report for the current Revit Project. Load all the required Revit Categories and ensure the column layouts for each Category tab is configured accordingly then click the Report button from the ribbon. RTV SPM Exporting Shared Parameters standard

With Shared Parameter Manager you can easily export any of the managed Shared Parameters from the SQL database to create a new Shared Parameter File (.txt) if required. To do so select the required Shared parameters to be exported from the Data Grid then click the Export To button from the Shared Parameter Tab of the Ribbon. Browse to the location on your network where the Shared Parameter text file (.txt) is to be saved and enter a File name. If you were to then open the .txt file created you will of course see all the parameters contained within, which of course can then be used by your Revit Application as required.
